When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella and WorldPay. Please visit: www.sella.it and www.worldpay.com for further information.
Our customer service agents will not ask for nor accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.
If there are enough funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly and the credit card will be charged immediately. Your credit card will also be charged at the end of the checkout process even when you order a Made-to-measure or madde-to-order garment (even though the item will be shipped in 4-6 weeks).
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before concluding the payment. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to SARTORIAVANNI.COM.
RETURN AND REIMBURSEMENT

All suits, jackets, pants, shirts and knitwear are custom made by SARTORIA VANNI specifically for the customer. For this reason we cannot offer you the possibility of returning the item with full refund.
In any case, we want to ensure a perfect fit and your complete satisfaction. We will therefore refund the cost of adjusting the garment.
In this case you will have to:
- bring the garment to one of our affiliated tailors or to any other tailoring laboratory;
- give our ALTERATION FORM to the tailor and ensure that he/she takes note of all the alterations: we’ll need the form to update your measures in our database for future orders;
- send us the ALTERATION FORM at email@example.com together with a copy of the receipt of the amount you paid.
In this way, we will refund you the cost of the alterations in the form of credit to your MY SARTORIA account.
The refund of the alteration costs can be requested no later than 14 days from the receipt of the garment.
Obviously, alterations to garments not previously approved by us will not be covered. Only the adjustments to the first type of each garment will be reimbursed.
For all the accessories, SARTORIA VANNI offers the possibilities to return the ordered item(s) within 14 days as of the merchandise delivery date.
To request a return, sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from SARTORIA VANNI with the instructions for the return shipment.
There are three types of return:
1) SIZE EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
2) STORE CREDIT
As soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The code may be used on the following orders. Store Credit:
- can be used one time only on a future order within 3 months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other store credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by SARTORIA VANNI.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 30 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
SALES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
All sales are final. Promotion, vouchers and any form of special offer must be intended as not refundalbe.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Please note: returns must be packaged in the original SARTORIA VANNI box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. SARTORIA VANNI reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
SARTORIA VANNI reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
