SHIPMENT FEES

Prices on line are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), and include import fees. Eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipment fees are the following:

- Suits € 35,00

- Shirts and trousers € 25,00

- Shoes € 25,00

- Accessories € 10,00

In any case, the maximum shipment contribution will always be € 60.

SHIPMENT DATE

Suits | Jackets | Trousers | Shirts

Our suits, jackets, trousers and shirts are all custom made, following the order of the customer, regardless of whether you acquire them as "made-to-measure" or "made-to-order". For this reason, we need 4/5 weeks to realize the ordered garment.

 As soon as the garment will be ready, customers will receive an e-mail and the garment will be shipped to the desired address. 

Shoes | Accessories

We ship shoes and accessories in 24/48 hours from the order completion.

During the sales period and near holiday periods, shipments may be subject to slight delays. In any case, we reserve the right to delay shipment in case of events with force majeure.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florence, Italy, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

We remind first-time Clients that Sartoria Vanni can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

In any case, Sartoria Vanni shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Sartoria Vanni.

Sartoria Vanni ships worldwide using the following courier:

-       GLS, www.gls.com; and

-       FEDEX EXPRESS, www.fedex.com

Please consider that Sartoria Vanni do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or by Sartoria Vanni.

Sartoria Vanni does not have offices in the USA and can neither collect nor pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the client’s behalf. USA state authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year.

Sartoria Vanni cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.

Importer Requirements

Sartoria Vanni does not have a branch in the U.S.A. to import the orders, therefore the client is considered as the final importer. Private U.S.A. citizens and non-U.S.A. citizens residing in the U.S.A. who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number or Tax ID and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker.

Non-U.S.A. citizen/resident who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days. For more information, please visit the U.S.A. government site for Customs Border Protection: http://www.cbp.gov/

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Sartoria Vanni commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
